Stayed here before, loved staff and food. The room was tidy with large bed and had a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and a TV set. It took me 15 minutes to walk to the bus stop.

Thank you for the perfectly pleasant stay at an earlier time. The staff are professional, and there is a lovely reception to relax in. Plus, the location is perfect, minutes from The Custom House. And it's nestled in a very pleasant building really close to shops and restaurants, right in town centre easy for shopping and the Corn Exchange and Guild Hall.

Tranquil hotel, very good value for money, what else to wish for. Highly professional staff, nice breakfast. We loved our room, it was new-fashioned with coffee, WiFi and balcony. Restaurant was nice and neat. Smooth check-in, late check-out.
